Camp Details

When: June 10-12, 2024

Who: Boys and Girls Ages 7-14

Where: Redondo Union High School, 1 Sea Hawk Way, Redondo Beach.  Sea Hawk Pavilion (Main Gym)

Times: 9:00am-1:00pm.  Check-in on June 10th will begin at 8:15am. Gym will open at 8:30am and close at 1:15pm each day.

8:45-9:00               Roll Call

9:00-9:20               Stretch/ Warm up

9:20-9:45               Ball Handling

9:45-10:30            Offensive Skills

10:30-10:40         Break

10:40-11:00         Guest Speaker/Team Concepts

11:00-11:30        Shooting

11:30-11:45          Academic Session

11:45-1:00pm       Games and Closing Remarks

About Coach Morris

Lead Instructor, Camp Director, and head coach of the Redondo Union Sea Hawks. The 2022 LA City Champions, 2013 California Div. 2 State Coach of the Year, 2013 Division-2 State Champions, and CIF champion for the years 2010, 2012, and 2013. High school coach of NBA Player and All Star Russell Westbrook, as well as Dorell Wright and DeLon Wright.

Camp will be staffed by local high school coaches and players.

Camp Mission

Our Mission is to provide young players with solid fundamentals, skill training, and to help them develop the ability to apply concepts of basketball within a game style setting. More importantly Camp Basketball will be a fun experience for all campers, while being exposed to very experienced and knowledgeable coaches.

Cost and Additional Details

Pre-registration until April 30, 2024:  $275

May 1, 2024 and after: $300

Additional Information:  In addition to world class instruction, a daily 15 minute educational session and a camp t-shirt will also be provided. There will be a 20-30 minute break for a snack, which will not be provided.  Drinks will be sold.
